Service Description
- Donation based community class -$15 Optional donation -Donation can be made via Cash, Zelle, Apple Cash, or Venmo directly to your trainer during class - Class will be held at Bixby Park Annex (also commonly known as "The Bluff") it is located at the intersection of E. Ocean Blvd. and Junipero Ave., Long Beach, CA 90803. This open grassy bluff area sits across the street to the main Bixby Park (which is located at 130 Cherry Ave.) We highly recommend arriving early for parking.

Cancellation Policy
BAMK9 Booking Policy Confirmation All sessions are confirmed upon booking and payment. Your spot is not held until payment is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any session. Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice are eligible for a one-time reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged the full session amount. No exceptions. No-Shows Failure to show up without prior notice is considered a no-show and will be charged the full session amount. No reschedule will be offered. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late your session will be shortened to the remaining time. Full payment still applies. Adventure Academy Monthly memberships auto-renew on your billing date. To pause or cancel your membership we require 7 days written notice before your next billing date. Cancellations made after billing has processed will not be refunded for that month. Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on sessions, packages, or memberships once payment has been processed. Weather & Trainer Cancellations In the rare event we need to cancel due to weather or an emergency on our end, you will be offered a full reschedule at no charge.
