Welcome to BAMK9. By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from BAMK9, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

BAMK9 ("we," "us," "our") is a dog training education brand offering online programs, digital products, and in-person training services. Our online products are offered through bamk9.com and affiliated platforms. In-person training in the Long Beach, CA area is provided through BAMK9 LBC.

2. Products & Services

BAMK9 offers the following:

• Digital Products — Guides, resources, and downloadable materials available through our Skool community (bamk9.com/skool)

• Online Membership (Skool Premium) — Monthly subscription giving access to training content, the BAMK9 community, and ongoing resources

• Online Courses & Programs (Skool VIP / Adventure Foundations) — One-time purchase programs delivered through the Skool platform

• 1:1 Virtual Coaching — Private coaching sessions conducted via video call

• In-Person Training (BAMK9 LBC) — Intro Sessions, Foundation Programs, Group Classes, and Adventure Academy memberships offered in Long Beach, CA

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase or booking. BAMK9 reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Founding or promotional pricing is locked for the term specified at the time of purchase and is non-transferable.

For recurring memberships, you authorize BAMK9 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Products & Courses All sales of digital products, online courses, and downloadable content are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Online Memberships (Skool Premium) You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

1:1 Virtual Coaching Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. Sessions canceled with 24+ hours' notice may be rescheduled once at no charge.

In-Person Training (BAMK9 LBC) Refund and rescheduling policies for in-person services are outlined in the BAMK9 LBC Booking Policy, agreed to at the time of booking. General policy: sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full. Foundation Programs and Adventure Academy memberships are non-refundable after the program has begun.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Dog training results vary based on the individual dog, owner consistency, environment, and many other factors outside our control. BAMK9 makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. All training guidance is educational in nature and should be applied at your own discretion.

6. Health & Safety

You are responsible for ensuring your dog is healthy enough to participate in any training program or activity. BAMK9 is not liable for injury, illness, or behavioral incidents involving your dog during or following any training session, program, or use of our content. All dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations before participating in any in-person service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bamk9.com — including written copy, photographs, videos, course materials, and brand assets — is the property of BAMK9 and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any BAMK9 content without express written permission.

Access to our paid programs grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own training purposes only.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Some BAMK9 products and services are delivered through third-party platforms including Skool, Wix, and Jotform. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service. BAMK9 is not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAMK9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.
