Service Description
Your dog did the work. Adventure Academy is where that work gets lived out. This is a structured training and adventure day program for BAMK9 graduates. Dogs that have already built the foundation and are ready to put it to use out in real Long Beach life. Every day your dog travels with a trainer to a rotating mix of real Long Beach spots, from Bixby Park trails to 2nd Street coffee shops. Working their skills where it actually matters. It's not daycare. There's no free-roaming, no pack chaos, no babysitting. Every dog is working, resting, and exploring in a way that keeps them sharp, fulfilled, and growing. You get daily photos and video through the BAMK9 Skool community so you always know what your dog did and how they did it. Your dog comes home tired in the best way. Calm, satisfied, and ready to do it again. Requirement: Must have completed a BAMK9 training program. Not available for reactive or aggressive dogs.

Cancellation Policy
BAMK9 Booking Policy Confirmation All sessions are confirmed upon booking and payment. Your spot is not held until payment is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any session. Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice are eligible for a one-time reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged the full session amount. No exceptions. No-Shows Failure to show up without prior notice is considered a no-show and will be charged the full session amount. No reschedule will be offered. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late your session will be shortened to the remaining time. Full payment still applies. Adventure Academy Monthly memberships auto-renew on your billing date. To pause or cancel your membership we require 7 days written notice before your next billing date. Cancellations made after billing has processed will not be refunded for that month. Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on sessions, packages, or memberships once payment has been processed. Weather & Trainer Cancellations In the rare event we need to cancel due to weather or an emergency on our end, you will be offered a full reschedule at no charge.
