Service Description
Not sure where to start? The Intro Session puts you and your dog in front of a BAMK9 trainer to identify what's actually going on and start building the communication system from the ground up. You'll leave with real skills, real answers, and a clear picture of what comes next. This session is designed to help us fully understand what’s going on, what goals you have moving forward, and what type of structure, communication, and training approach will best support both you and your dog. We’ll begin introducing foundational concepts, discuss tools and handling skills if needed, and start creating a realistic game plan tailored to your dog, your lifestyle, and your long-term goals. This session also gives you the opportunity to experience how we coach, how your dog responds to our training style, and what working together will actually look like moving forward. At the end of the session, your coach will recommend the training path that makes the most sense for your dog.
Cancellation Policy
BAMK9 Booking Policy Confirmation All sessions are confirmed upon booking and payment. Your spot is not held until payment is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any session. Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice are eligible for a one-time reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged the full session amount. No exceptions. No-Shows Failure to show up without prior notice is considered a no-show and will be charged the full session amount. No reschedule will be offered. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late your session will be shortened to the remaining time. Full payment still applies. Adventure Academy Monthly memberships auto-renew on your billing date. To pause or cancel your membership we require 7 days written notice before your next billing date. Cancellations made after billing has processed will not be refunded for that month. Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on sessions, packages, or memberships once payment has been processed. Weather & Trainer Cancellations In the rare event we need to cancel due to weather or an emergency on our end, you will be offered a full reschedule at no charge.
