Service Description

Our coach will come to meet you and your dog for in-depth assessment and coaching strategy. The $170 fee will be returned for clients who choose any of the Coaching or Doggo-Only Memberships. Coaching and Doggo-Only Sessions are currently offered in Long Beach, CA only. Clients located in surrounding coastal areas (San Pedro, Seal Beach, Sunset Beach) may contact us for availability (travel fee may apply).

Cancellation Policy

BAMK9 requires a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice for Client to qualify for rescheduling. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session amount as a cancellation fee, and a new booking and payment will be required to book a future session. Booking applies to one dog per client. Additional dogs require a new booking fee. Memberships: All new memberships are subject to a 3-month commitment. Canceling prior to the end of the initial 3-month commitment period will be subject to a penalty equal to 1 (one) month of membership rate. The Client may cancel at any time after the 3-month commitment is fulfilled. Packages: Package Plans are valid for 3 months from purchase date. No roll-over sessions apply. If the Client does not cancel or reschedule a session prior to 24 hours, one session will be deducted from the Client’s Package. Packages are non-refundable.
