Service Description
Before we talk training, we talk about your dog — where they're at, what's not working, and what life could actually look like on the other side. This isn't a sales call. It's a conversation to figure out if we're the right fit and which path makes the most sense for you. No pressure, no pitch. Just clarity.
Cancellation Policy
BAMK9 requires a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice for Client to qualify for rescheduling. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session amount as a cancellation fee, and a new booking and payment will be required to book a future session. Packages: Package Plans are valid for 3 months from purchase date. No roll-over sessions apply. If the Client does not cancel or reschedule a session prior to 24 hours, one session will be deducted from the Client’s Package. Packages are non-refundable.
