Service Description
Join our Group Class at Body and Mind K9 (BAMK9) in Long Beach, CA, where dogs of all levels come together to progress through our structured phase system. This class is designed to build a strong foundation of obedience and behavior skills, preparing dogs for the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test and eligibility for special BAMK9 classes and events. Class Structure: Phase System: Dogs start at Phase One and progress as they master each level’s requirements. Training Progression: Owners must complete a consultation or first-timer class to understand our training methods before starting. Achievement: Each phase focuses on specific obedience and behavior criteria that dogs must pass to advance. CGC Preparation: Upon completing all four phases, dogs are eligible to take the CGC test.

Cancellation Policy
BAMK9 requires a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice for Client to qualify for rescheduling. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session amount as a cancellation fee, and a new booking and payment will be required to book a future session. Packages: Package Plans are valid for 3 months from purchase date. No roll-over sessions apply. If the Client does not cancel or reschedule a session prior to 24 hours, one session will be deducted from the Client’s Package. Packages are non-refundable.
